The Buyer is any visitor to the website who selects at least one product, adds it to the shopping cart, and completes the purchase using one of the available payment methods.

Purchases through the web shop are available exclusively via the official website: www.designerclub.rs.

All prices displayed on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Payments are made in the official currency of the Republic of Serbia - Serbian dinar (RSD). Prices displayed in other currencies are for informational purposes only and are calculated using the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to the Buyer's payment card will be expressed in the Buyer's local currency and converted according to the exchange rate applied by the card issuer. Possible discrepancies may occur due to exchange rate differences, over which the Seller has no control. Prices listed in the web shop are valid exclusively for online purchases. Ordering

Products may be ordered exclusively through the website, and all orders are considered final.

If the Seller is unable to deliver all ordered products, the Seller will deliver the available items and notify the Buyer via email or telephone. The Buyer will be subsequently informed about the delivery of the remaining products, along with the updated delivery timeframe.

Payment

Payment Methods

  1. Cash on Delivery
    The Buyer pays for the ordered products in cash upon delivery to the courier.
  2. Payment by Credit/Debit Card
    The Buyer may complete the purchase using a payment card during online checkout. When entering payment card details, all confidential information is transmitted securely using SSL encryption and PKI systems, in accordance with the highest security standards.

The payment process is carried out through a secure payment processor (such as Corvus Pay or another authorized payment integrator). At no point does the Seller have access to or store the Buyer's payment card information.
