1. Da li mogu da zamenim proizvod?
Yes. The Buyer has the right to exchange a product within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
2. Da li mogu da vratim proizvod?
Yes. Products may be returned within 14 days from the date the product was delivered.
3. Kako da izvršim povrat ili zamenu proizvoda?

4. Koji je rok za povrat ili zamenu proizvoda?
The deadline is 14 days from the date of delivery.
5. Koje opcije plaćanja su dostupne?
Online payment by credit/debit card; Cash on delivery (available only for orders within Serbia).
6. Kako da saznam kada će proizvod ponovo biti dostupan?
On the product page, use the "Notify me when available" option. Select your desired size and color and enter your email address.
7. Kako da odaberem veličinu proizvoda?
A Size Guide is available next to each product. We recommend using it before placing an order.
8. Šta da uradim ako je kupljeni proizvod oštećen?

11. Kada mogu da očekujem svoju pošiljku?
Delivery within Serbia: 5-7 business days; International orders: order processing takes 3–5 business days (plus customs clearance time).
12. Kako da pratim pošiljku?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email.
13. Koji su troškovi isporuke?

14. Ko snosi troškove povrata ili zamene?
The Buyer covers return shipping costs, except in cases of an error made by Designer Club (e.g. wrong item or size sent).
15. Kako da pronađem račun?
An electronic fiscal receipt is sent to the Buyer's email after order confirmation. A fiscal receipt is also included with the shipment.
16. Kojom kurirskom službom šaljete pošiljke u Srbiji?
All deliveries within Serbia are handled by courier services contracted by Designer Club DExpress.
17. Kojom kurirskom službom šaljete međunarodne pošiljke?
International shipments are delivered via DHL.
18. Skinut mi je novac sa računa, a nisam dobio/la potvrdu o narudžbini?

19. Kada mogu da očekujem povrat novca?
Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after the return or complaint has been processed.
20. Da li mogu da zamenim kupaći kostim?
Yes, but only if the hygienic protective sticker has not been removed.
21. Da li mogu da zamenim proizvod za neki drugi model?
Exchanges are possible only for the same product in a different size. To purchase a different item, please return the product and place a new order.
22. Da li mogu lično da preuzmem porudžbinu?
No. All orders are delivered exclusively via courier service.
23. Da li imate prodavnicu?
Yes. You can visit Designer Club at Uzun Mirkova 5, Belgrade.
24. Da li mogu da izmenim svoju porudžbinu nakon što je potvrđena?
Once an order has been dispatched, changes are not possible. If the change is urgent, please contact us at hello@designerclub.rs and we will do our best to assist, although changes cannot be guaranteed.
25. Mogu li da kupim različite veličine gornjeg i donjeg dela kupaćeg kostima?
Purchase conditions depend on the individual brand's policy.
26. Kako da iskoristim kod za popust?
At checkout, enter the discount code in the designated field and click Apply. The discount will be automatically applied.
