Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Depending on the specific purpose of processing, this may include the following legal bases:
- Based on Your Consent – This means that you have voluntarily agreed to the use of your personal data for one or more clearly defined purposes.
In practice, consent is provided for each data processing activity we carry out, after you have been informed about which data is required and for what purpose it will be used.
Please note that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal, but obliges us to cease further processing of data based on that consent.
- For the Performance of a Contract – We process your personal data when it is necessary for the performance of a contract entered into with you, including during registration, purchase, product delivery, handling of complaints, and fulfilling other obligations arising from your relationship with Designer Club. Retention Period of Your Personal Data
Personal data you provide to us is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or for the period prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.
Depending on the type and purpose of processing, retention periods are as follows:
- Account registration data – retained for as long as you are an active user of our website. In the event of account deactivation, the data is retained for an additional maximum of six months from the date of deactivation, for the purpose of resolving potential prior complaints or requests.
- Purchase-related data – processed until the completion of the specific purchase, including the period provided for submitting complaints, claims, or requests related to the delivered products.
- Data collected through inquiries or requests – retained for as long as necessary to process and resolve your inquiry or provide a response.
- Marketing data – processed exclusively on the basis of your consent and retained until such consent is withdrawn.
- Analytics and website interaction data (e.g., IP address, device analysis, purchase history, retargeting, and similar technical data) – deleted no later than 24 months from the date of collection.
If certain legal regulations require longer retention periods, the data will be stored for the period prescribed by law.
Upon expiration of the retention period, all personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents any further association with an identifiable individual.

- Right to Restriction of Processing – You have the right to request a temporary restriction of the processing of your personal data, particularly if you contest the accuracy of the data or have objected to the processing.
- Right to Object – You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data.
- Right to Data Portability – You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller, where the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.
- Right to Withdraw Consent – Where the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority – If you believe that your rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
- Right to Information About the Source of Data – You have the right to obtain information about the source of your personal data, including whether the data originates from publicly available sources.
Processing of Personal Data of Minors
Designer Club does not collect, retain, or process personal data of minors.
According to the Law on Personal Data Protection, a minor is considered to be a person under the age of 15. Minors who have reached the age of 15 have the right to independently give consent for the processing of their personal data when using information society services.
