QUESTIONS
1. Can I exchange a product?
Yes. The Buyer has the right to exchange a product within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
2. Can I return a product?
Yes. Products may be returned within 14 days from the date the product was delivered.
3. How can I return or exchange a product?

4. What is the deadline for returns or exchanges?
The deadline is 14 days from the date of delivery.
5. What payment options are available?
Online payment by credit/debit card; Cash on delivery (available only for orders within Serbia).
6. How can I know when a product will be back in stock?
On the product page, use the "Notify me when available" option. Select your desired size and color and enter your email address.
7. How do I choose the right size?
A Size Guide is available next to each product. We recommend using it before placing an order.
8. What should I do if the product I received is damaged?

11. When can I expect my order?
Delivery within Serbia: 5-7 business days; International orders: order processing takes 3–5 business days (plus customs clearance time).
12. How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email.

14. Who covers the return or exchange shipping costs?
The Buyer covers return shipping costs, except in cases of an error made by Designer Club (e.g. wrong item or size sent).
15. How can I find my receipt?
An electronic fiscal receipt is sent to the Buyer's email after order confirmation. A fiscal receipt is also included with the shipment.
16. Which courier service do you use for deliveries in Serbia?
All deliveries within Serbia are handled by courier services contracted by Designer Club DExpress.
17. Which courier service do you use for international shipping?
International shipments are delivered via DHL.
18. My card was charged, but I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

19. When can I expect my refund?
Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after the return or complaint has been processed.
20. Can I exchange swimwear?
Yes, but only if the hygienic protective sticker has not been removed.
21. Can I exchange a product for a different model?
Exchanges are possible only for the same product in a different size. To purchase a different item, please return the product and place a new order.
22. Can I pick up my order in person?
No. All orders are delivered exclusively via courier service.
23. Do you have a physical store?
Yes. You can visit Designer Club at Uzun Mirkova 5, Belgrade.
24. Can I change my order after it has been confirmed?
Once an order has been dispatched, changes are not possible. If the change is urgent, please contact us at hello@designerclub.rs and we will do our best to assist, although changes cannot be guaranteed.
25. Can I purchase different sizes for the top and bottom of a swimsuit?
Purchase conditions depend on the individual brand's policy.
26. How do I use a discount code?
At checkout, enter the discount code in the designated field and click Apply. The discount will be automatically applied.
